The past months have been a great excitement. As you may have seen from various “hints”, we are hard at work on a brand new video game project. Several of you may be familiar with our involvement in past projects such as: In The Groove series, Pump It Up Pro1, iDANCE2 and others. You (the players) have kept us going over the years and we are excited to reveal our new creation to you very soon. We are still quite some time from completion, but we won’t keep you in the dark!
Why is it so cool? : ReRave is absolutely a first of it’s kind. After all the years that we’ve been involved with interactive reaction games, this new concept is very evolutionary. We’ve learned A LOT about reaction games over the years and you (the players) will also be the ones to experience our evolution.
What is it? What will it be for? : This is a brand new series of products. What does that mean? It is PATENT PENDING and has been through months of legal research. We’ve done our homework from the start and you will see why!
Is it Stepmania based? : No, ReRave doesn’t contain a single element from the stepmania engine. It is being constructed from scratch!

Let’s hope it’s something with a console version. The arcade scene is pretty much dead in my country.

This sounds great! I’m wondering about some details… will it be played with hands? feet? motion? There was that question about phone preference earlier… Really makes me think! It’s bound to be great, though…whatever it is 🙂

Hey Guys – Thanks for your support! We haven’t revealed too many details yet, but there will be more soon.
@PBase – ReRave is a series of products that we are planning to have available for multiple of platforms. Unlike any project we have done before, we have plans to focus on making a proper obtainable “home” version that is easily for users to enjoy. Naturally, it is likely that all versions will tie into each other.
Does it use your hands/feet/motion? – Let’s just say that it has ability to use either and it’s very likely! 🙂
We are really aiming to evolve with this product and open up from “traditional” methods that users have become accustomed to. We have done months of research and “thinking out of the box” to make this product come to life and preserve elements that we all enjoy.
We won’t keep you in the dark!
Some of our audience or other media may be hesitant to support the product or even report news about it; that’s OK, this won’t stop us from release.

Is this a “Kinect” game? will it use that stuff? Any reason for being so vague about it? I’m super pumped for this and really want to know more PLEASE!!!!!
A music game that seems to be unique. Definitely consider me interested. Hopefully a machine (assuming arcade) will actually be within an hour of where I live this time around.
@Mike – Thanks for the questions. I apologize for being so vague but believe me when I say it’s for a purpose. It’s still quite early, but we will reveal more details.
What can be said is that ReRave does not contain “arrows” nor does it use the Xbox3660’s Kinect system.
@Jason – We have plans for a few different versions of amusement devices (after initial release) and we look forward to bringing all of that news to you as it develops.
We are still quite early with the project, but you can be assured that dedicated devices are in our plans!
